Terms and Conditions for the Alex Johnson Copywriting Service:
Welcome to our copywriting service, which is provided by Alveta Media Ltd, trading as “Alex Johnson Copywriting”. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our services. By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
Services Provided: Our copywriting service, provided by Alex Johnson, Sole Company Director of Alveta Media Ltd, offers professional writing services, including but not limited to website copy, blog posts, marketing materials, social media content, and other written content as agreed upon between the client and us.
Copyright and Ownership: All content produced by our copywriting service becomes and remains the intellectual property of the client once full payment has been received. The client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, and worldwide license to use the content for any lawful purpose. The client is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to any materials provided to us for use in the content.
Plagiarism: We guarantee that all content delivered to the client is original and does not infringe on any third-party copyrights. However, the client agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims resulting from alleged copyright violations related to the content provided by the client.
Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide clear and detailed instructions for each project and any necessary background information. The client is responsible for ensuring that the content we produce meets their specific needs and requirements.
Revisions: We strive to ensure client satisfaction. Therefore, we offer a limited number of revisions, as specified in our project agreement. Additional revisions may be subject to an extra fee.
Confidentiality: We respect the confidentiality of our clients and will not disclose any sensitive information provided to us during the course of the project. Likewise, the client agrees not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information shared by us.
Payment: The client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for each project as specified in the project agreement. Payment is due upon project acceptance, unless otherwise agreed upon. Late payments may incur additional charges or result in project delays.
Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided due to the nature of our services. However, we are committed to addressing any concerns the client may have and will work to resolve any issues related to our work.
Termination: Either party may terminate the project or agreement for any reason with written notice. In the event of termination, the client agrees to compensate us for work completed up to the termination date.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or special damages.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
By using our copywriting service, you signify your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms may be updated from time to time, and the most current version will be posted on our website. It is the client's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
